Please read this information carefully as it contains important details about your rights and obligations as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you.
We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Because our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture. Our natural hair comes in a straight, wavy or curly pattern, the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases we may have natural lighter pieces that are available upon request but not guaranteed. You may request a prepaid label within to send back your hair and we will do our best to meet your request based on the inventory on hand. If you are still dissatisfied with the color or texture of your purchase, any future exchanges must be done at your expense.
PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 and 5 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary, a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
ORDER PROCESSING
Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm CST. All orders MUST BE received with any necessary supporting documents and approved for fulfillment, including approval from our payment processing company to ship the order, before 3:30 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time frame selected during order placement. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping hours end at 2:30pm on Fridays from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.
Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
Kenny's Luxury Hair we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged at our factory in India. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.
From time to time, Kenny's Luxury hair, at its sole discretion, may accept return of product(s) or portions of a product(s) with the exception of Wigs under the following conditions.
- We accept return(s) within 14 calendar days of original purchase date. Any return(s) request after 14 calendar days of purchase will not be honored.
- The product(s) must be sent back to us in order to process the return.
- If you purchased your product(s) online or over the phone, please contact Client Care at 1- 214-784-9586 or order@kennysluxuryhair.com. Client Care will send a pre-paid UPS label for your item(s) for return and your original invoice.
- In return package please include all item(s) for return and your original invoice.
- Merchandise must be in original condition.
- We will not accept any merchandise which has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, removed from weft or otherwise processed) in any way.
- Zip ties and tags must be intact. Any merchandise that is received without zip ties and tags will be returned to the client without an issue of a refund.
- Bundle Deals cannot be separated into individual units to be return.
